Pack the Items
Place the sneakers in their original branded box, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
